I provide on site services to physicians offices and medical day spas. I am available in Phoenix or Scottsdale Arizona and Las Vegas
Nevada. I do travel to other states as long as a minimum of 1 full day has booked and the patients are confirmed.
You can offer my
services in your office and you need to provide only the room. I bring everything that is required for the services, including after
care instructions and client contracts. Physician office gets 20% of service cost. Your office may create your own prices to quote
patients so long as they are at least my current minimum.
