PROCEDURES - BOTOX PARTY - SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
Internet specials and pricing change without notice. Please print ad or special/coupon and bring to appointment. Discounts will not apply if the ad, coupon ect is not presented the day of service. Reschedules and no shows will result in a full regular price charge.
SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
Online booking requires a credit card to reserve the appointment. The card is not charged so please bring cash payment on procedure day. If card used to reserve is not valid the appointment will be canceled. The card will be charges full regular price if appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 prior to appointment. No Shows will also result in a full price charge for the appointment.
TRAINING AND CLASSES
Cancelations are required 30 days prior to class and a 90% refund will be given unless you reschedule for next class. After 30 days 50% will be refunded and 1 week prior to class no refund will be given. If you reschedule at least 30 days prior to class if another class is available you will get 100% credit but full price for class will apply. No specials or discounts for reschedules.
IF YOU PAY VIA PAY PAL you do not need to use the online booking.
